Loading car

Purpose: locate the coil set on the reel of Uncoiler.

Structure: the trolley is composed of a hydraulic lifting material rack and a motorized traveling vehicle plate.

The lifting rack is V-shaped structure, covered with rubber plate on the surface, driven by oil cylinder and guided by guide pillar.

The disc is driven by a hydraulic motor and moves along the rail.

The specification of oil cylinder is φ 160x600mm

Single arm uncoiler and hydraulic support arm

Purpose: active uncoiling and discharging or reclaiming coil material.

Structure: single cantilever type, composed of drum, frame, transmission system and press roll.

The drum is four petal type, hydraulic expansion and contraction, and the body expansion and contraction range is Φ 485-610mm.

The drum is driven by motor through reducer and transmission gear, and the transmission system is equipped with pneumatic butterfly brake to brake and assist in generating uncoiling tension.

Hydraulic swing type pressure roller with rubber coating.

Feeding device

Purpose: to straighten the material head and introduce the plate into the leveling machine.

Structure: the supporting bridge can be hydraulically swing or hydraulically retractable.

The bending roll is driven by oil cylinder to swing.

The loading bridge is driven by oil cylinder to lift and extend.

Traction seven roller leveling machine

Application: it is easy to cut the flat sheet and drive the decoiler to run.

Structure: it is composed of a pair of traction rollers. Five roller leveling

The upper and lower rollers of the traction roller are coated with rubber, with a diameter of Φ 220mm and a leveling shaft of 130mm. The upper roller is driven by oil cylinder to lift.

The upper and lower traction rollers rotate actively and can be controlled to rise and fall.

It is driven by AC motor with power of 37KW.

Trimming shears

Purpose: to cut off the irregular head of sheet metal or cut off the sheet metal to recycle the remaining sheet metal.

Structure: hydraulically driven, cut from top to bottom. The tool holder, gear and rack are synchronized, and the cutting head and tail are manually dragged.

1swing bridge (looper)

Application: transition material head or tail, forming material storage loop.

Structure: the device is composed of swing bridge and arc-shaped material rack.

The swing bridge is lifted or lifted by the oil cylinder, and all rubber coated rollers are covered with rubber.

The arc-shaped material rack is composed of several idlers, which are covered with polyurethane adhesive.

There are two pairs of photoelectric switches for material level detection in the pit of swing bridge. When the material rises to the upper position, the leveler drives the decoiler to accelerate evenly; when the material level drops to the lower position, the leveling machine decelerates evenly.

Deviation correction feeding device

Purpose: to guide the direction of the sheet metal, ensure that the sheet material does not deviate and feed the material to the slitting machine.

Structure: The correction device consists of guide rollers on both sides, a movable slide, a screw slide and an adjusting handwheel.

Three sets of guide rollers on each side. The adjusting handwheel is on the operating side and moves simultaneously.

Slitting machine

Purpose: Cut the sheet longitudinally into strips of various widths.

Structure: The slitting machine consists of a frame, upper and lower cutter shafts, cutter shaft spacing adjustment mechanism and transmission system. Both the upper and lower cutter shafts rotate actively and are driven by AC motors, reducers, gear distribution boxes and universal couplings.

Adjust the blade overlap by changing the distance between the cutter shafts through electric adjustment of the worm gear.

The cutter shaft is equipped with multiple cutterheads and a series of spacers of different thicknesses. The cutterheads and spacers are compressed by nuts.

The cutter shaft support is a welded part, with one side movable and one side fixed. When changing the tool, the movable support is pulled apart by the hydraulic cylinder along the base guide rail, and the cutter shaft is cantilevered on the fixed support.

With plank unloading device (excluding unloading plank)

Vertical scrap winder (two sets)

Purpose: to collect the scrap edge cut by slitting machine.

Structure: composed of winding drum, frame and transmission system.

The coiler drum is mechanically expanded and shrinked to facilitate unloading.

The winder is equipped with cloth distribution device, which can wind the wire evenly.

The drum is driven by AC motor, with adjustable speed and winding torque.

Pre separation device and tensioning machine

Purpose: to separate the slitting strips, prevent stacking when passing through the tensioning machine, and facilitate the collection.

Structure: there are two sets of separators, one set is equal to the height of feeding, and the other is 200 mm lower than the feeding. The separation shaft can be moved out from the operation side to facilitate the replacement of the separation plate.

There is an anti jump pressure roller between the two sets of separation plates, and the air cylinder rises and falls. Purpose of the tension machine: the tension machine applies positive pressure to the strip to produce the winding tension, which is convenient to tighten the plate. 4Structure: platen tension.

The pressing slider is lifted and lowered by the oil cylinder.

The pressing materials are arranged in sections along the width of sheet metal.

The presser foot has teeth pattern, and the felt is easy to be embedded and replaced.

Turning roll group and feeding plate1.he discharging side of the tension machine is equipped with a feeding drum, and the roller shaft end is equipped with a speed measuring encoder of the winding machine. 2.The surface of steering roll is made of chrome plating. 3.The feeding pallet with material head on the discharging side of tension drum is convenient for feeding to the tongs of winder. 4.The feeding pallet is lifted and lowered by the oil cylinder.
Redecoiler

1. Purpose: rewind the slitting strip again.

2.Structure: single cantilever type.

3.The utility model is composed of a drum, a material separating plate and a material pushing system.

4.The drum is seamless, and the hydraulic cylinder pushes the wedge to drive the drum to rise and shrink. The range of expansion and contraction is Φ 480-508mm.

5.The drum is driven forward and backward by AC motor through three-stage gearbox.

6.The winding speed automatically adapts to the running speed of slitting machine.

7.Transmission system with brake.

8.The material of drum support shaft is 40Cr.

9.The winder is equipped with material separation and pressing device, and the pressing arm is swinging by the oil cylinder. The press shaft can be manually swing around the fixed fulcrum, which is convenient to replace the isolation disc (PAD).

Unloading trolley

1. Purpose: to remove the slitting coil from the winding drum.

Lubrication systemhe gear box or reducer is lubricated by oil pool, and others are lubricated by dispersed concentrated oil.
Electrical system

The production line uses a three-phase five-wire AC 220V power supply. The grid voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10%. The control power supply is AC 220V and AC 24V.

The entire line adopts PLC centralized control, uses AC motors to drive the uncoiler, tractor, slitting machine and winding machine, and uses a digital AC speed regulator to regulate the speed. Taking the slitting motor as the main speed, through the sampling and comparison of the unwinding line speed, the winding line speed and the slitting line speed (completed by PLC), the tractor, slitting machine and winding machine can basically run synchronously during the automatic operation process. (But sometimes manual fine-tuning is required).

In order to facilitate operation, multiple consoles are installed across the entire line, and the main console is equipped with a touch screen.

It has functions such as fault diagnosis, length and speed display.
